The Com5 Limited "Five for a Drive" promotion is open to all UK based Com5 Limited resellers who purchase a Tandberg Data RDX, LTO, or NAS system from Com5 Limited during the promotional period. The reseller can claim a bonus of a £5 account credit or £5 Capital Bond voucher for every drive purchased and invoiced during the promotional period. This promotion includes each drive in a tape library but does not cover media (tape, RDX) or NAS spare modules. 2. The promotional period runs from 15th of July 2010 until 30th September 2010 (inclusive). 3. Completed claim form(s), maximum of one claim submission per reseller per month, must be sent by email to promotion@com5.co.uk . The final claim form must be received by the 7th of October 2010. Please check with your Com5 Limited account manager to confirm that your claim has been received. 4. In case of any dispute in respect of this incentive promotion, the decision of Com5 Limited shall be final and binding in all respects and no further correspondence will be entered into by Com5 Limited. 5. Please note rewards paid directly to staff members are subject to tax. Com5 Limited will provide the bonus credit or Capital bond voucher to the reseller company only.
